Help with winter tires/wheels for my 16' Tahoe

Hey Hey. So last winter I learned that my Z06 with winter tires handles better in the snow than my brand new Tahoe with all seasons in 4WD mode.

On my Tahoe I normally run the OEM black 22's which I love.

I don't know the first or last thing about what I need to know about getting different wheels/tires for this thing.

I'm thinking I want to go with the black cop wheels that are on the newer cop Tahoes as seen below.

And then Blizzack tires???

Is there any programming that needs to be done when you change the size of the wheels or is the final diameter the same for 22s as with the other regularly used combos?

This is where I'm at. What do you guys recommend?

You can't leave me with just that though. Why do you think the police wheel is such a bad idea? Help me understand. Is it as bad as getting chrome wheels on a Z06?

What winter wheels would you suggest?

Each their own. I hate the look. Looks cheap. However I prefer clean oem look, where many want to be different. I'm looking at gm replica 20's to put winter tires on. Will try stock tires first as they work fine on my Sierra.
