I'm not sure about the first question but I asked the seller about it and they said that the lens is plastic so you'll probably only be able to put 35w hids in there unless you retrofit some real (GLASS) projectors in there

Yeah, I wouldn't go any higher than 35 watts in a plastic housing. These might work for you. Might want to contact the seller to get exact dimensions.
