Can someone tell me where my multi meter is:secret: Finshed migrating the old HId ballast to the highs and the passenger side doesnt turn on. Cant find my meter to verify the signal is being sent through the factory harness. Crap.

Depends on what brand you used you might need to the flip the connection to the metal box. Had to do that to both of mine. worth a try if you cant figure anything out

You might have to flip the connecter piece upside down when plugging in. I have an 2002 Hoe w/ a 10k Xenon HID kit and thats what I had to do.

Same here with mine. I guess a majority of the time the boxes are wired backwards. Just flip the connector around.

Found the meter yesterday-who put it in my toolbox?? I would have never put it there. Checked and was getting 12 volts at both connectors so I ended up switching the ballasts side to side and both failed. I remembered one connector was a ***** to get off and the other was easy-that was my "ah ha" moment.. ..Not sure if I really like the 8k 55W color. I was hoping it would wash out the blue a little more. I might switch to the 6k on my 55w ballast tomorrow.
