Hid ?????

Im ordering the ddm hids for my 08 ltz and i know i need a relay or harness of some sort for it work properly. On ther site they have a harness and a error code elliminator witch one do i need or do i need both? or something compleatly different? plz help thx

Error eliminator is for European cars. What you're looking for is the "HID Kit Wiring Harness" for $15. As long as you're getting 35w ballasts & bulbs, you don't need the harness necessarily. I run my 8000K 35w DDM Kit without the harness, just me though.

I've heard you will be okay without the harness on these trucks. However I am using a harness on mine. 15 bucks is nothing and I believe better be safe than sorry IMO.

i use them on all vehicles to avoid any issues.. my 02 tahoe did need it. when starting the truck sometimes the pass side light would flicker or go out.

i have the DDM kit with no harness, and i have no issues on my 2011 Burb.

i make my own. put a relay on each ballast instead of sharing just one. never to safe i guess.
