I'm looking to convert my 2011 LS to HID. I do not like the "blue" look, but rather a super bright white. Im looking at these headlights, but need the 5000k? 6000k? HID's with matching fog lights... can anyone please help me?

why not just put HID's in the stock housings?

FWIW, do NOT buy from DDM tuning....took two weeks to get the bulbs for foglights.....but, uh...i ain't doing fog lights? so i guess it will be another two weeks to headlight bulbs for my headlights....

they ship direct from China now, took a week to fill order & get in mail, week to get here.

Many people buying these headlight projectors are complaining about the light output on those things. You may want to do some research before buying. Even with them using the HID's.

Hmmm, ok, don't want that... lots of good feedback however... anyway, if I did want the HID lights to just replace my existing bulbs, whats the best system to match them? Also, fog-lights?

on this site they are generally known as having terrible light output (EVEN with HID's) and bad built quality (versus the stock oem housing which is much sturdier). Retro-fitting projectors with HID bulbs is your best bet :Handshake:

Go with 4300K. Those are the most natural light you are gonna get.

Spencerhids.com. They sell the lo-beam kit and matching fog kit for $270 shipped. Lifestyle warranty on all parts AND they ship from the US, not China. Philips ballasts too!

It's what I've installed in the past and their service is awesome.

...And then there's the whole thing about those being just plain ol' ugly/not fitting in with the lines of the truck. :)
