what year vehicle do you have? If you have an 07 or 08 they have two different trailer hitch covers you can get on ebay. They come un-painted so you have to go get them painted yourself. The newest 2010 LTZ Tahoe comes with the denali/escalade bumper with a new and bigger trailer hitch cover. So in total, there are three different ones for a nnbs tahoe.

Is this what your bumper looks like? If so you can get a trailer hitch cover like this on ebay. I just looked on ebay and they have painted ones but not like the one I have. The ones painted are more of a square shape.
