Hmm can't lower my back seat on driver side?

I can not seem for the life of me to figure it out. The back smaller 40% is easy but I can not find the pull or switch to bring the other side down. I feel a lil sloooow lol. I gotta get it down for tomorrow to load my malamutes kennels and my tough box with tools for the pull a part.

sometime the cable that unlocks the back section stretches or breaks or the seat bottom may not be flipped up and forward enough.

Probably a broken cable. I have the same issue. Seems to be a typical issue.
