Hole in my rear seat

i am looking for help
This morning i noticed there was a hole in the vinyl of the back piece on the second row
The hole is where the vinyl is perforated
What are my options i will post a pic later

The hole is 1in x 1/2in

There are many vinyl repair shops around, check their reviews though.

It looks like you can buy the cover from GM. GM Parts Giant lists them for $117. I've installed replacement covers on my 02 and it's not that bad.
