Have you tried checking for voltage at the horns when someone honks the horn? Also, haven't looked at how mine are setup up but I know that most horns have a power wire and are grounded from the mounting bolt to complete the connection, sometimes rust can get in between the ground location and not allow it to complete the connection, just an idea!!

no i never check if the ground and 12v on the horn ...
I just bought the truck and the previous owner told me that his mechanic had to disconect the horn because he lost the remote of the alarm, me I installed a 2way alarm, I don't know what those missing to run the horn I saw a disconnected plug on the driver side to the horn is my hide I'm not sure if those for the fog or the left horn ?

So, hook up a voltmeter to the wire, the red lead to the wire and the black lead to a good ground on the truck, then have someone honk the horn or turn on the fog lights and see which one gives voltage!
