I was thinking of getting a set of 24x10 BOSS 330's in black w/ the super finish lip. Wondering how the lip looks in person, & if anyone is still satisfied w/ their wheels after having them for awhile. Does the super finish last (still shine)? I know you get what you pay for, but how's the overall quality of the wheels. I have a set of chrome 24x10 TIS06 and was thinking of doing away w/ chrome... Pitting sucks haha.

The superfinish lip actually looks more machined up close, I've had 2 sets so I can vouch. I got a set of chrome 24X10 boss 330's I'll sell you and you can have the spokes painted black and actually have a chrome lip. I'll sell them for $1000 plus shipping for wheels only. Send me a PM if your interested.

Thanks,

So in other words, the finish looks kinda dull? Is there a coating over it, or just bare? I don't know about chrome, doesn't seem to last very long in Hawaii... I'm planning on painting the faces white, just wanted to get the black just incase I don't.

They are ok I have the 313 and I like them but I really wish I would have gone with KMC slides in black and 26's. The lip you have to keep clean if not it does dull out. but with black majic wheel polish ball it shines up pretty good. I do it ever few weeks during the summer and winter they are off the truck.

Yes boss wheels are very nice but you will have to keep the lip polished out with some kind of metal polish like BlackedOut LT3 said!:D You can buy my chrome 330's and paint the spokes black and have a chrome lip that way you don't have to worry about the lip getting dull.

Haha, yeah I could do that, but only if it wasn't chrome... we seem to not be getting along (chrome & I). LOL. But yeah, I don't have a problem w/ polishing. My main concern is that the lip "SHINES". Thanks guys!!!

If chrome is screwing you over, the Boss 330s will KILL you!!
Chrome is the most durable finish out there, while polished (Black Boss 330 lip) is the least durable finish.
Know a couple of people with various Boss wheels that are not chrome and they don't like it much!

Ok, thanks for pointing out some cons.... It always helpful to see the good and bad sides. Although up keeping things don't bother me. But there's nothing you can do for chrome when your completely surrounded by SALT water on a small island. Here, chrome is pretty much the least durable finish... weird lol. Anyways great input, keep it coming....
