Found this Tahoe on CarDomain and it sits EXACTLY how I want mine to when I get my 26's. The guy says it's a 3" lift, and im guessing it's not a body lift since it's not showing a ton of frame. What do you guys think it is, and where could I buy it?

I wanted to do a 6 inch lift with some 35's but found out it cost waaaaaaaay more than I thought it would have lol. So I wanna go this route instead, and im hoping a lift like this isn't over $300.

definitely over 300 if it's not a BL. a 3-4 inch suspension lift would cost roughly $1000, by my knowledge.

Yikes. I was looking at a few other pics and he painted the frame red by the looks of it so maybe it is a body lift but it just doesn't look like it because of the colormatched frame?

well a bl is easily detectable. if you are used to OBS hoes, you can clearly tell the difference in the height of the frame. who knows, he could have maxed out his keys and etc. but a 3 in BL is way way cheaper than suspension lifts, you can get a full kit for less than $200.

Yeah, I know body lifts are pretty cheap and id go that route if our OBS's didn't show way too much frame as it is. And with my running boards off it would just be hideous.

Maybe it's an add-a-leaf in the back and keys cranked in the front? I wish I could just ask him but he made that page and hasn't been on since, like most people do on CarDomain.

there are a few ways to get around showing much of the frame, a member on here made home made gap guards after he got a BL, or you can get nerf bars. but i wouldnt be sure on what to do until i actually saw the car lifted

Maybe 4-5" RCX does offer a 2-3" suspension kit for about $500 I think. Comes with new upper control arms to help with the ball joint angle.

here's the link:

I might have to go with that $500 kit. Man I can't believe it cost half a grand not even including labor just for 2-3 inches of suspension lift lol. I won't need a modified driveshaft or anything else with only a small amount of lift like this will I?
