How do I post items for Sale?

Does anyone know why I can't post items for sale in the classifieds forum? Is there a certain number of posts that I must have? It says that I don't meet the requirements.

This is posted at the top of the for sale section:

"For Sale Do you have something that you want to sell? You can do that in here.
You will need at least 80 posts on the forums and be a member here for 5 days or more before you can post a new listing here."
