So I'm trying to replace the temperature actuator behind the dash on my 1999 Tahoe. I've already replaced the mode door actuator on the other side on the floor. So how easy/hard is it to remove the glovebox to get to the other actuator? I've heard people say you have to remove most of the dash and also have heard it isn't that involved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Haha IDK who you've talked to, but it's really easy. When you open the glove box, there will be a plastic line on the left that connects to the side of the glove box You need to push up on the glove box to give it slack and just push the tab up(towards the dash) and out and that should pop out. Then on the right side, you'll see a tab holding the glove box from coming out. It has a piece of foam attached to it. You'll need to push that in towards the glove box, and it should drop down. Just make sure you empty your glove box as you have to swing it all the way down to remove it.
