How do I unlock my Autocal from the current vehicle

I did a search and didn't have much luck. How can I unlock my Autocal from the current vehicle that it is tied to for use with another vehicle in the future?

To use the AutoCal on another vehicle, you will need to purchase an additional license.

*Additional license is $275 for license and tune.
