How long will it take for the computer to reset?

Hey y'all...newbie here on the forum but find it very helpful. I have a 2008 yukon XL with the 5.3L non flex fuel engine. I just changed the vent solenoid (code PO449) using the instructions and part numbers found on here. I removed the battery cable to allow the check engine light to go out. Now when I read the codes, it says that some of the systems have not yet reset and that there is a pending code. I'm going on a long trip tomorrow and need to have my inspection sticker renewed and I know it will fail when they hook up and see the code pending signal. How long will it take for the computer to reset? I've run it twice, once for about 8 miles and 10 minutes at low speed and another for about 40 minutes and 40 miles at 60 mph or so.

It usually takes a few hundred miles for it to runs all of the tests.

Same issue here replaced solenoid reset light and it came back on 20min later. Any advice ???
