I want to run 24" wheels. Which drop combo is the safest to go with where I won't have to trim or hammer on anything. What size tire is safe?

I know if I stay with a 22" wheel, the 305/40-22 seems to be a popular size.

Thanks!!!

Here's my experience if you do decide on 22's...

I'm down 2/3 with 22" CK375 rep's on 305/40/22 Toyo Proxes STII's and I rub the front inside edge of the rear liners under moderate rear suspension travel and the fronts just BARELY rub on both sides at full steering lock. I could probably massage the front liners using a heat gun and eliminate that. I hate rubbing, so when it comes time to replace my current tires, I'll more than likely go with 285/45/22's, which I believe would not rub at all.

This about sums it up. Even with a 2/3 you will likely get a little rub if you don't bend or cut a little something out of the way.

In a nutshell, you take a 2x4 and bend the metal behind the wheel back. If that's where you're rubbing, there's almost an inch of metal you can move
