How many miles did your front brakes go before changing? Mine went 250K

And they still had pad left I need to get the rotors turned due to pulsation so went ahead and changed the pads. Rear I have replaced 2 times already but they are the Autozone lifetime warranty pads so only paid once.

I'm that guy. 3 yrs and 30k miles ago I bought all new brake components (calipers, rotors, pads, and hoses) in anticipation of the fronts of our Denali needing replacement sooner than later. Here it is 4 yrs and 47k miles later since we purchased it wo/mx records and they still haven't worn out.

You must do all highway driving and never stop lol. I get over 50k for sure but nowhere near 250k. I changed my front pads twice since ownership at 120k and currently at 245k

I got over 145k on my OE pads on the 03 Tahoe...Like the OP, I only replaced pads/rotors due to pulsation in the pedal-pads still had life left.

you must be the slow person I pass all the time lol i'm lucky if I make it 20k on a set of pads and I am not talking about the cheap bottom of the line pads either.

Nope and I am not even easy on brakes. I have 40k miles on the pads on my Gallardo and that includes some track days.

Yes it gets a lot of highway but not 100% and my wife is stuck in traffic in it daily.

I'm at 132K on the originals in my 2012, and that includes probably 20K of towing.
