I am looking to buy my wife a new 2016 Yukon 2 wheel drive with the SLT package, open road, second row bucket seats and the hd trailering package. Msrp is coming in at 61,840. What should I really be able to get this vehicle for?

I'm looking to buy in Southern California if it matters or somebody has a recommendation of a hungry dealer. I'm ready to buy now.

$57,718.95 + $700 gift card would be the best price I can get for your vehicle with an MSRP of $61,840.

I'm in Southern California as well and just purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali Loaded 2 weeks ago.

Let me know if you want more info.

I saw that. I need to buy before the end of the year so I think I'm fresh out of luck.
I was hoping to get it right around 55k is that doable?

Depending on hold back of around $1,800-2,000 you can always make them an offer below invoice at the end of the month. Some dealers will do it just to make a sale and meet quotas.
