You will need a piece called a Line Out Converter. You can usually pick one up around $25 and if you want a good one (which WILL give you more bass) your looking at $100 (Audio Control LC2i). That piece taps into a factory speaker and gives you RCA outputs that you can run to your subwoofer's amplifier. At that point you hook up the amplifier as normal to power, ground, remote and then to the subwoofers.

Jeff Hoover is my boss :) I have all the old AA photos on my computer and man there was some crazy stuff back in the day! That is kind of the point of my build (among a couple others we have in progress), to get back to the good ole' days! Tom Mangs who was his installer back in Lake Worth is still with us today and doing all the work in my truck!

We'd love to help you out and appreciate your support! Stop in anytime and ask for me! We have LC2i's in stock at all times (among anything else you could possibly need).

Hope to see you soon,
Evan

sick1166- Some amps have what's called a high level input(speaker in) and what that does is let's you connect your speaker wire right up to the amp, by-passing rca hookups. But if it doesn't have a high level input then I guess the LOC is your only hope.
P.S.- my first post on this forum!
