How to bring back my Black Paint Job

Just wondering what products you guys use to bring back the Black Paint. Mine looks like it has cob webs on it. I tried mequire's scratch x but didn't work. I know that I can get it detailed but was hoping there is some product that I can use to bring back the show room shine.
