When I got my company truck, I asked a technician at the dealer how to disable the OnStar system. He didn't know, but suggested just unplugging the antenna. There doesn't appear to be a separate fuse for just the OnStar system.

My company works with explosives, and having the OnStar transmitter onboard means that I have to park a considerable distance from where the work is taking place. If I could turn the system off, it would make life a lot easier.

Thanks!
