How to do headlight housing lense adjustment?

So yesterday I posted about my new headlight housing not being flush as the old OEM one. Someone said you can fix this by adjusting the housing? I know there’s the white lense adjustment knob on the top. Someone said there is another adjustment knob in the side?

This guy is making it sound like when you adjust the knobs for the lens, that it will adjust the whole housing, eliminating that gap on the bottom of my headlight. This is not true is it?
