Hi all,

I am new to the forum. Just replaced a 2001 Tahoe 4wd LT with a 2011 Tahoe 4wd LTZ. (my Victory Red 2001 baby was killed by a deer, she had 175K miles on her, all mine, Corsa exhaust, demolded, 18 inch Axis Truck wheels that they stopped producing years ago and no running boards. She was a VERY clean and reliable beauty. Hit the deer at 80 mph, deployed the airbags, collapsed the front end).

I live in San Diego, and it is my understanding that BB is located here. I have been emailing and trying to find a phone number or address. No luck.

How can anyone do business with these guys if they have no reliable contact info.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Sorry for the early ramble.

Try PMing them? Maybe your email is going to a spam folder. Dunno. I just spoke to Jenna yesterday via PM.

We are typically 2-3 days behind on emails, due to huge numbers of emails received everyday. If you have sent multiple emails with the same subject, our server bumps your email to the most recent date/time received. In that we respond to emails in the order received, it unfortunately lengthens our response time.

We do not give out a phone number or an address on the forums. I can guarantee you that you will receive a response as soon as Justin sees the email.

Side note: Justin just left yesterday morning for a tuning trip, which will delay response times as well.
