How to ground a new stereo head unit wire with wiring harness

I am installing my new stereo in my 03 tahoe and i just finished soldering the new head units harness with the OS2bose wiring harness, but i am confused as to what i do with the ground wires. i soldered them together, but do i need to ground that to the chassis or do i leave it. should i undo the soldering and ground them separately? i also have the chime module ground wire connected. So what do i do with the ground wire(s)?? please help

you can hook all the grounds together to the ground off of the os2bose.
