How to replace side mirror on 2007 Tahoe

I need to replace my passenger side mirror on my 2007 Tahoe. I have already purchased the part and thought it would be as simple as removing the little trim panel behind the screws and then just disconnecting the power adapter and just replacing the mirror. It looks like you have to also remove the door panel as well since the cable goes down into the door panel. Can someone point me to pictures/video of how to do this. I saw a thread on tahoeforums.com with pics, but for some reason the registration process for that forum is not working.

Any help would be appreciated.

This shows what you need plus some extra information....it's a Silverado but basically the same as the Tahoe.
