Looking at a truck 5.3 2010.Ad says......
"Truck has solid engine work done, COMP cams DOD/AFM delete done with Chevrolet Performance stock camshaft.
Truck is tuned for the delete"
Cylinder heads were refreshed and resurfaced, all gaskets replaced, new pulleys and belts, good to go.

Other than paper work is there away to tell/confirm that it was done?
Thanks.

They should have also replaced the valley pan with a flat version when doing the delete. So look at that and it should be flat. The AFM valley cover has bumps from the oil passages cast into it. If it’s not flat, I would question the quality of the AFM delete job.
