How to wire up amp with factory cd player

I bought that converter thing and cannot figure out how to wire it up. I read instructions and everything. I guess I need a damn picture

need more info, what converter thing did you buy, does the amp turn on, etc.

It's a line out converter I think

Subwoofer outputs:

Left (+) Dark Blue/White
Left (-) Light Green/Black

Right (+) Dark Green
Right (-) Light Blue/Black

You can access them underneath the cupholder, or at the amp.
