The blower keeps blowing. Even after I turn off the truck it still keeps blowing. I took the fuse out and it stopped. I switch fuses and it turns off. I try messing with the controls but wonder if it's the panel for the AC. Any help please!!!!

Antonio.

Found this but not sure where its located on the truck. Could this be it?

Technicians are to replace the blower motor control module also called the Linear Power Module (LPM)

Or

Relay

Is this the module? I went to junkyard yesterday but no lock. Seems all of them were already taken. I tried a z71 truck 00-06 but it had more wires and the plug was longer. Then took one from an Envoy but it was shorter but bigger. Could not find relay.

I wish I was more familiar with your Model , But just by reading your issue , Something is not cutting power to the BCM So I would try to replace the Relay first as you probably already know a Relay is a mini switch its probably getting stuck in the closed position . at least IMHO that would be a cheap fix and would narrow it down . what I don't understand is why even after the key is turned off how power is even being supplied to the Relay center to keep that Operational

Yeah relays I think are only a couple bucks but I don't know where it is. I seem some silverados and found the black relay by the blower but not in my truck. Tried owners manual but no luck.

Yes the blower power module is very common failure and easy to test.

There is i think 3 wires, there will be 1 small wire. All you need to do is check with the key on and check the voltage on that small wire. It needs to change voltage when you command a different blower speed, if it DOES change then the blower module is bad.

The blower module is just a small computer that replaces the blower resistor in a normal blower set up, sometimes the connector will also be badly burned
