HVAC problem...can someone bail me out?

okay, i have an 02' Hoe, a/c with rear air. no dual climate control. heres the problem, my 1-5 knob works, but my knob that turns from head/feet/defrost/etc isnt working, it's stuck on head. also the hot-cold knob doesnt seem to work either. I bought the truck like this so didnt really know where to start. I replaced the whole control unit and it didnt work. so any clue where i should start?

Look Into the actuator motors. I had problems with mine for the rear. I finially opened up the motor. Reset the gear And had chevy clear the codes with their scan tool. Free
