HVAC question.

Guys,
New to GMC world. Just got a well cared for 2001 Yukon SLT for the kid in school.
Have a question about the HVAC system.
Am I correct in assuming 1 compressor and 2 evaporators ?
Also, when I vacuum evacuate the refrigerant, what weight in grams do I fill the system with on a 5.3 Liter with rear AC ?

If it is a "long version" it has two evaporators. I'm thinking that the standard wheelbase model has only one...but not certain.
