Im pretty happy with the kit i got from zone offroad, only 2 things, one the fuel filler tube they gave me was 1 inch in diameter mine was 2 inch no big deal i had something sitting ther that worked.Other was rear bumper brackets didnt line up in frame without notching them alittle, nothing a grinder couldnt handle.Worse part was getting my ss bumper to fit back on.Where you have to cut front frame horns for normal bumper you need to cut all of the front off and trim some more so the bumper sits back far enough.Im gone to try and add my tow hooks but ill do it later.Took 4 hours total to get it done.I could only work 3 hours yesterday and an hour this morning.I had a relapse friday of the sickness i have(sarcoidosis) i shouldve waited till i got better but i pushed to get it done.Barely held the impact gun up.BUT its done, now i need steps, lol.Im short.Ill paint the frame this week if im feeling better. One pic for now need to take it out somewhere flat get measurements and some better pics.

just curious, is the fuel filler the only thing you had to extend? ive heard that the body lift is a major PIA

I already did one on my 2004 f150 so i was already was prepared .BUt honestly there not bad.Take your bumpers off spare tire out.Unbolt steering shaft and unhook fuel filler. Then loosen all body bolts ,jack up one side slide 3inch blocks in let down start bolts a few threads, then go to other side jack that side up put thsoe blocks in let down.If sitting right put thread locker on all bolts and tighten them all upYOull extend the fuel filler.Youll add extension brackets to trans cooler behind grille.Extension on fan shroud upper part and steering shaft gets a 3 inch extension out under the hood.ONe ground cable on firewall gets 3 inch extension .The parking brake cable gets unhooked and run through a new bracket you drill 2 new 3/8 holes in frame and bolt new bracket back up.Thats pretty much it in a nutshell.A couple small other steps but you get the picture.Normally 6 hours to do it.If you have a friend help its much better.I was sick and no help and did it quicker then that.
