This is so funny I'm replacing the blower resistor and the original part of the factory and the aftermarket have the connection cable the opposite way. There for the housing that hold the part doesn't fit in due to the cables. I show the original part to many stores and offered me the same replacement and said they dint know why the cables are the opposite but that that's the correct part.
(Original: Purple and black cables on the top, New one: Back and red cables on the bottom.
I guess I'm going to drill a hole in the housing to make it fit XD
Update: before I got cutting I recheck every thing and it turns out the new part is all opposite of the original. Still tested the new one and all the setting of the blower work perfectly, so now I have to improvise on adding the part with out the housing that holds it.

So this is how my friend decided to "fix it" after a beer. Actually not bad at all.
