I recently got the connected vehicle plan through OnStar for our 2017 Yukon XL SLT. The in vehicle apps does not work for some reason. Just get a message of "can not connect to the catalog. please try again later" OnStar has not been able to resolve this issue. Since it doesn't receive over the air software updates, is it possible that getting a software update from the dealer could resolve this?

I had same issue and I went into the menu on radio and did a hard reset, this immediately fix it.
