:Big Laugh: I installed 530T and window goes up 1/2 to 3/4 ways up when power to car is off on passenger side. Goes up when car is on? Window works fine otherwise.

Does your 530t have resistance dipswitches for heavier windows? Try adjusting those.

Some of the older units don't have them, which is why i asked.

Depending on the revision build number of the 530t, you will either have to set the dipswitches to allow for higher current or modify the circuit board if the dip switches do not remedy the problem.
Try setting the first four dip switches to the off position, which should be up. This allows more current to pass through to drive the window motors before shutting down.

You are the man once again. Adjust dip switch #1 and it did the trick.

Thanks again and again for what you do for this forum, Derrick.:Handshake:

i assume the 530T just plugs into one of the aux ports on the 5701 brain? Do you need any additional relays for it or do you just connect it the proper wires in the truck for the windows?

It doesn't plug in, but you don't need any add'l relays or anything. You have power and ground connections, aux input connection from the control unit, and then the connections to the window switches.

Were you able to do everything at the drivers door, or did you have to run wires into each door? I have been wanting to add two 530t modules for a while now.
