Looks awesome! With your experience with your tires...if I go with the Trail Grapplers (295/55/r20) do you think they will be an okay size? I do have a Z71 so the fenders are a little bigger and the tires have more tread on them...just wanted to see what you thought..thanks!

My rims have a +16 offset and barely rub on one side. I don't think they rub at all on the other side. I think with that tire you should be fine. Also it only rubs on the inner plastic and not on the lower valence or the side steps. Your tires would be a tadd narrower and with the stock wheels you would be pushed in a tadd since it has an +35 offset so I couldn't see it being a problem. The roughly 1/2 inch taller tire doesn't seem like it would be an issue at all it is all going to be the width. I also saw were most people on the the chevy forum removed there lower valence anyway.

Looks great! Looks like you installed the rear 1" spacer, as well?

Any other plans for it?

The wheels are MB motoring Yuma's. I did install the rear spacers and it was really easy. I put jack on both sides and took one wheel off at a time. It dosen't say to in the instructions, but you have to unbolt the sway bay to get it to drop low enough.
