Installing a GM Billet Grille onto my 2004 Denali

I purchased a Billet Grille to install on my 2004 Yukon Xl Denali. Can anyone on here help me with the Process I will even pay for your knowledge. The instructions say I have to make cuts and all this other stuff and I though Ill I would need to so is remove one and install the other. Please help. Did you buy the grille from Ebay?? Ive been wondering if this would be hard to do.. If not im ordering mine tonight.. Input anyone plz??
