After four attempts with the security re-learn I am done. The truck will not start. I am not happy. Putting the OEM pcm back in.

Not saying that you have done anything wrong, but have you done the security relearn exactly as the directions tell you to do? Gotta do it exactly or else it won't work!!

I did exactly as per the BB directions. Even used a timer. Funny thing though, the pcm sent to me was very dirty. The OEM unit with almost 140k was very clean. I will be heading to the shop tomorrow to get this figured out. Kinda sucks because I ordered the tune primarily for the fact I am leaving Saturday on a 12 day almost 3k road trip. Would be nice to have the.extra mpg. Just saying.

I don't remember exactly what was needed to do a security relearn from when I did mine I made sure I went over the minutes in between each key turn to make sure I at least got the minimum minutes in each time!! I'm also thinking it took the max amount of times to do it that it said in the instructions, did you do the whole process 4 times (12 or so key turns) or was it only 4 key turns? Sorry, don't fully remember what was needed to do for the process!
