interior pocket

I have a 2002 tahoe and on my dash right of the radio i had the buttons for the emergency onstar set up. A few months back i removed it and installed a tranny temp gauge. The gauge never worked right and after some thoughts i decided to plan for a cluster upgrade that has the tranny gauge and replace the onstar location with a pocket. My brothers 2003 suburban has it its a pocket i dont know the exact name. Where can i get one and if anyone has any info on it like correct name or part number please let me know.

Did you ever find where to get the pocket for where the onstar was? I would like to do the same thing in my 02 Chevy Tahoe bc those two squares are just being wasted by not being used.

Yes I did. I actually posted pictures a while back. Got rid of the onstar and added a tranny temp gauge. Will post the link tomorrow.

you just let the OnStar hang down in the glove box

lol. i was just going to say i have one for sale too. looks like mine is not going to fit b/c the opening is only about 1/2 the size of the pocket.
