yo! i need some help here with some leds i bought. i bought some leds. i got 6 578 bulbs for the dome lights. the middle bulb is bright as hell but the ones on the side that yo press the button are not so bright, they are dimmed. so i took one led off and put the stock back in there and once i did that all of the other lights were bright too. so then i put the led back in there and they were all bright. once i turn off the truck, everything happens again. they are dimmed. anythig helps.

You need "canbus" or "error free"
smd's. I believe this issue occurs because leds don't draw enough power for the electrical system to recognize the bulbs are there and working. I think the canbus leds have the resistors built in.

You could try installing a resistor in parrallel or since the the lights on the side are switched, you could run a constant 12v up there.

You could try it on the light you replaced with stock and see if it affects the doors and maps
