I know this is a pretty common issue on these OBS trucks get the water on the pass side mat, its done this for awhile, pulled the cowl and replaced it cause mine was cracked but that didnt really change anything, I blew it all out with an air hose didnt see anything wrong, so i guess the next step is to put some water on the screws under the small part that comes off on either side and see if it leaks there then silicone if it does, any ideas or anything else to look for?

i have the same issue. Pretty sure my windshield is letting go of the truck. I get water runs all down the inside of my window after a good rain. Also have water on my mirror and water running down my passenger kick panel.

Mines nothing like that, just a few drips that eventually turn into a small puddle on the pass side on the mat, pretty sure I found my issue and fixed it ill post pics in the am if it works

Here's how I fixed mine, tracked the leak down to the hvac vent under the cowl caulked the 2 sides I can get too cleaned up around it and repainted it, just need to clean up the panel I had to remove, it was held in with seam seal just use a putty knife then pry it out with a screwdriver found this fix online, gonna test it tommrow and see how it turned out

My passenger side leaked after a windshield replacement. Took it back, they resealed it and it still leaked. Turned out to be the cowl. Some of those screws that hold the cowl on, go straight through to the inside of the of the truck. I sealed each screw with some waterproof sealant. Hasn't leaked since.
