Intermittent (Delay) Wiper Control Problem

I'd guess the wiper control board (the wiper cover). I just replaced mine on Saturday (my wipers were only working on high). I found the AC Delco part online for $59 shipped. You'll also need a battery terminal puller to get your wipers off to get at the board.

I had a problem with my wipers not turning off. I replaced my wiper motor assembly and the problem still occurs (!). Any idea what else could cause this?
