Sorry if this already addressed, but couldn't find any specific hits (too many in fact) searching for "reverse light":
Our reverse light comes on only intermittently. When going from park to reverse, the light usually isn't on unless the shifter is wiggled a bit. If shifting from neutral to reverse the light comes on always. I figure it's a switch, but don't know if there's a fix or where it is. I see something under the dash that looks like a metal bar that slide though a plastic piece with a couple of wires to that plastic piece. I hope that's not the switch since it looks like a PITA to get to.
Any ideas appreciated. Thanks again for a great forum.
Oh yeah, 02 Yukon 4x4 5.3L. Alas, only mod is K & N intake...
