iol pressure gauge

Oil pressure gauge can anyone tell me if their gauge goes to zero when you turn off the engine(after warm up)?? If it does, how long does it take to go to zero?? This is for a 01 Tahoe LS.

Im pretty sure (90%) mine goes back down to zero. When I turn it off, it drops in 1-2 seconds.
