Is it worth it

So I have the op to buy a touring corsa muffler. Muffler only nib for $175. I know those mufflers are big bucks. It wont bolt right on to my 04 without some pipe fitting. Im not expecting any power gain but I cant help to think how good this 5.3 would sound rippin with a nice tone. Is it worth replacing the stock muffler really.
My last tahoe I ran everything from stock, to dual flowmasters, to dual in single out flowmasters.

Said I was going to keep this new truck stock . This dam web site. Cai is ordered and ive been emailing bb back and forth. Thanks............

Well I just got done installing my brute force. That makes intake sound sweet! This is killing me. I just ordered up a scan cable from BB. I know this motor must sound freaking awsome with a loudr muffler. Like really good. I so dont want to drop another $200 bucks though. Dam!
