is the Belltech 2/4 LOWER than the DJM 2/3 ?

I was recommended the Belltech 2/4 and I need to know if its really lower than the DJM 2/3 or is it basically the same? The Belltech is adjustable between 3 & 4 inches in the rear.

The Belltech springs come with a 1" spacer. It is truly a 4" coil spring with a 1" spacer to make it 3". Saves em money on production and inventory. Saves me a vendor space in the warehouse too lol
