Does anyone have experience with the Jack Cooper transport app website? My Yukon shows delivered to the Navy Yard in Grand Prarie on November 7th. No action until a few days ago where it showed Pending delivery to a GM Shuttle yard, and magically today that disappeared.

Does anyone have similar experience as to what is going on? Dealer has no clue and hoping to have the car for my wife “under the tree”

I don’t know what the shuttle is but many of us are stuck in the midlothian lot on palsapp, which i think is similar to navy yard. Key to ask the dealer is what the current status is Eg if you are under the dreaded 4D00 code which means awaiting microchip. If you are then the dealer really has no visibility until it actually ships to them.

Rail shuttle is the train lot to ship out. Navy yard and Midlothian MP hold lots and potential hail damage at Navy yard according to a rumor. If you put a vin in from unit in dealer stock you can see it.

Don't put much faith in Jack coopers website. Mine is still showing sitting in at Midlothian lot since 12-3-21. Just got a phone call tonight from sales guy that it is on the lot.. I go pick it up tomorrow

I am still trying to figure out the hail situation - do you know if it affected 2021s and 2022s? It looks like there was hail on Nov 11th, but minor and then a larger storm in Oct as well.

I have a 2022 on order and will take delivery regardless, I just am trying to figure out the delay as my code is 3800 - Delayed.

I really don’t know. Seems 3800 delayed is the new 4D00. Doesn’t sound like anyone knows for sure.
