finally got it lowered wit 5.5 coils and some hd keys wit street performance shocks. But only thing is that I sittin at 33 5/8 in rear on a 295/35/24 and I've been reading and most ppl sittin round 32ish. Only thing I haven't got is the hardware kit but I don't see how that is gonna lower it. Ive put bout 150 miles on it to see if it settle any. I also unbolted my sway bar jus to see if it was holding it up. If anyone could gimme any advise it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you completely cut off your bump stop bracket? If not, the truck could be sitting on it which would explain why it won't go any lower.

I haven't cut it off yet but I've been keeping an eye on it and its bout 1.5 inch away from hitting. I hit a bump jus right and it hits. I even pulled the rubber isolators out to see if it do anything.

you need to cut the bracket off the frame and add the djm hardware kit.

if they are the grey/silver spcd springs they are the old djms and they dont sit as low as the new belltechs

The hardware kit ISN"T going to get you any lower. I have taken mine out before, and it didn't change the height any. Check out the SMD video of the blue Escalade w/Spohn adjustable bars, and that ride has no brackets and is bagged, gets dumped down, and has no issues. Those relocation brackets just move lower bar down, to a better angle. They don't move axle or change suspension height any.
Do freetravel mod, and consider getting a panhard bar.

Post pics of your setup so others can see what might be going on.

Not telling you not to buy hardware kit or anything like that. Just doubtful it would be the reason you're not getting lower, if you even can with those springs.

doing the hardware kit makes the truck ride better. Did that on my escalade and helped nicely. The rear springs if they are the older djm tb ones wont drop it as much as the new tb springs

I do believe they are the older style. I've got bout 200 miles on it now. It doesn't ride bad. But not good either. I've rode in worse riding trucks. And wat is a panhard bar gonna do besides center the axle at the ride height it is at now? And I plan on gettin a hardware kit once I get the extra money. But besides that since I have the older style coils i guess I'm stuck at the height I'm at huh.
