Steering wheel is off center and it pulls slightly to the right opposite of the steering wheel. Did they mess up or is there a new problem? Taking it back on Monday though.

I tried it out in a parking garage and it seemed to be a little better than on the road but still ended up to the right. Wish I hadn't taken it in but I got new tires and thought it was a good idea to get it done.

Find a real flat parking lot, driving on the road is a bad way to judge because of the road crown.

i wish i could, but unfortunately there is now about 6 inches of snow everywhere.

still, when driving though the steering wheel is at about 45 degrees to the left when i'm going straight. which it didn't do before.

could be a bad ball joint or lca. or they aligned it with out centering the steering wheel first.

aligning it without the steering wheel sounds like what they did. hopefully it won't take too long on monday for them to fix it. since i now have to take time off of work for their mistake.

i need my own damn alignment machine.
