Just installed rear springs doesnt look low

I just installed a set of Eibach Pro 3 inch lowering springs on my 2005 Yukon. Stock height i measured was 37.5 inches... After installed it seamed to have only dropped it to right around 36.5.... if they are 3 inch springs shouldnt they be around 34.5 inches when installed... Please help!!

From what I understand some springs need time to "settle" and will drop down to the desired height as they get mileage on them.

They are some napa sensatracs that I put on about 2 months ago as preventive maintenance

:hmmm2: That might be a question for Tony but I'd be inclined to drive it a bit to see how far it settles and go from there before buying more parts that you may or may not need. Are you running shock extension brackets?

You might get some shock extension brackets them that will lower your bottom shock attachment point. When I was running a simple 2" rear drop I was able to use my stock shocks as long as I was running the brackets so that'd definitely be worth the effort and shouldn't be very expensive. I think Belltech and DJM have them.

Tony said the eibach springs don't drop the advertised amount. That could be the issue.
