Kicker CVX 12s and Hifonics Amp

I have 4 12" Kicker CVXs that im looking to get rid of. And I have a Hifonics BXI 2006D amp, it is a Class D amp does 2000w @ 1 ohm. Subs are 750rms and 1500max dual 4 ohm. So im looking to get $300 per pair for the subs and $200 for the amp.
